About Me

I am carren kiptum, an orphan and a resident of Mahimahiu, i schooled at Kiptarim Primary school, and joined Gateway High school in Naivasha for my secondary education. After successfully completing my high school, i couldnt join the university because of financial challenges as a result, i had to stay at home and look for means of survival.
I had a strong passion for education and as a result, i still had a strong believe that one day i could pursue higher education. I therefore got a a job as a maid in a friends house. I have been working there for the past five years. As a maid, i make some money and use it to maintain myself as well as pay for my diploma course. Out of the hard work therefore, i have made to save and pay my first year diploma course. At the moment i am in my second year at the college studying sociology.
I therefore want to access some funds and continue paying my school fee as i near the end of my studies.

My Business

I am a maid at a friends house, offering house help assistance and this involves cleaning houses, washing utensil and nearly all house chores. this services are useful because they help make the house in order as well as help the owner of the house who has a very busy schedule. I thus help them take care of there children, dress them to school, fetch them from school among other roles.
i chose this business because after finishing school, i had to engage in somthing constructive that could give me money to pay for my education as well as support my living in town.
I use the profits that i make to pay my diploma school fee. They monthly salary that i get, i have been using it to fund my education right from first year at the college to the moment now i am in my third year at the college.

Loan Proposal

Given the loan, i will use the money to pay my school fee. This will cost 40 Us dollars as the remaining balance because i had payed part of the fee. With 5 us dollars, i will therefore add 35 us dollars and pay my education fee.
I will benefit from this because it will help me clear my school fee and thus be in a position to graduate.
