My name is Mairine Sawenja I come from Maliki Area in Western Kenya. I am the First forn in a family of 6. I went to School in Western province. Much of my schooling was so difficult because of the rural setting and the schools were not in good state hence the we lacked proper materials to learn. Through the learning our performance was not good but in high school I Managed to go to a good school hence I managed to pass. I have achieved a lot through my handwork and challenges. It’s the poor state of my parents that enabled me to achieve all this in life. After High school I joined college where I learnt sales and marketing and thereafter got employed by several employers to be sales agent.
After working for two years in employment I decided to start my business where I saw the need to sell examinations and school exams materials. I have diversified to selling text books for school. The business is now two years old and growing stronger
My business is called Elite Supplies I deal with procuring and sale of School exams, School textbooks, and even supply of other stationeries to schools. The business has been in operation for two years now and to where I am today I have achieved so much. Am currently supplying books and exams to many schools in my region and this has given me an opportunity to grow. I have opened another branch to specialize in books alone so that the current one specializes in examinations alone.
I have seen great growth and the business is performing very well.
The money I need is to help me with cash flow I need to run my business efficiently. Most of my clients get their orders on credit and hence most of them take and pay within 30 days of collecting the materials. They are reliable in that they never fail to pay. The challenge comes where with the little I am left gives me no room to order for more goods. With Your Funding, it will help me to have enough cash to order for supplies even when most of my stock has reduced.
All the loan will go to purchasing for examinations that I will sell to schools and other stationeries . The business is great and I have all the set goals for this year of opening a different branch to deal with stationaries and other school supplies so that I may concentrate in exams in the current shop.
I have what it takes because I know its possible. Believe in me and you wont be disappointed
Thank you
