About Me

My name is Song Erah Hana and i am a Ghanaian. i have two brothers and a sister. i am a high school graduate. As a young child, i en-counted difficulties in my academics ,however, i managed to pull through high school. Due to that learning challenge , i decided that i will not further my education but peruse something else which i realised even at a young age that i was very good at and that was trading. so right after high school, i took to trading in soft drinks and beverages in my town. i did well from to onset but it was not on a large scale. i have been working so hard since then and things actually have not been easy but i know i will get there some day if only i dont loose faith . i believe in the virtue of faithfulness and that has been my friend all this while.

My Business

I sell bottled soft drinks and beverages in my community on small scale with the hope that someday i can raise the needed capital to trade on large scale. i choose this business because the demand is high in my community and also the profit margin is also very good and then also durring funeral and other social gatherings, they always make use of my services as in supply them with soft drinks in crates. for the cost and profit, i make around 40% to 60% profit of the sales i make in a day and since competition is also not that high. because i want to grow that business in to a big business, i mostly invest about 70% of my profit back into my business and i live on part of what is left and the rest goes to my aged parents for their up keep.

Loan Proposal

the previous loan was a timely intervention as it came at a time when i was almost loosing all the hope in the world. today, i am happy to announce that my business has taking shape and is up on its feet. For this and many other reasons have i decided to come back for further help to enable me hold on and grow my business.
When my loan is fully funded, I will use the entire amount to go for inventory.
i will purchase 20 crates of coca cola which cost some $70, i will also buy 15 crates of Fanta at $50 then 5 crates of Pepsi since is not much in demand and this will also cost $20 . Then i have also decided to add some sachet water to it due to popular request and this will take $ 40 and i will get some 50 bags of packed sachet water.
the availability of clean drinking water is a must for so it will help prevent some water borne diseases and the others will also help make beverages available to the people of my community since initially, they had to travel a long distance to get some of the beverages that i sell now.
in the case of profit expectations, i am expecting an increase of about 40% of profit based on the whole capital invested. that is to say that at the end of my trading activities and after working with the entire $200, i will make a total profit of 40% of the $200. prices keep going up and it never comes down so for sure i will even end up been more than the 40%
Since this is a daily business, i will be able to do my repayments as scheduled and on time too ........
thank you ...

Hello Bro. Micheal, am doing fine and business is not bad. However I just have a problem with my mobile money number after the network operator did an upgrade of its systems. I can't have access to my account, I have tried several times and they keep telling me they have rectified it but is not, for the mean time I have sent a letter to Zidisha to allow me to send payments through a mobile money Merchant number in my community but they have not replied yet. I keep sending the messages so that they can give me an alternative means of payment as I solve the problem with MTN.
You said you just touched base, are you in the Navy bro..?

        Hi Song,
I do hear that in some countries it takes a lot longer for payments to show up than in other countries.
I would not worry too much if it doesn't show up immediately, but if you do not see your payment after 3 business days, then send [email protected] an email.
I am sure that they will ensure all money paid is credited without any impact on your excellent on-time repayment score.
If it has been some while and Zidisha have not responded, then let me know and I will send an email on your behalf.
I am not in the Navy!!! I just use Australian english!!!
To "Touch Base" means to briefly make or renew contact with someone.
I am sorry for the confusion!
Glad to hear that, apart from the bank issue, you and your business are fine.
        Regards
        Michael.

    hello brother Franmiguel,
thank you for the help you gave me, i have been having an up and down with sales for the past two weeks which did not allow me to make payment as usual. At first i wanted to pay it off once when things improve but from the explanations i had from my Volunteer Mentor who called me yesterday, i think is better to adjust even though the amounts i will be paying is very very small. however, this will not last for i will come back and do due delegence in about two weeks from this weeks payments.
please bear with me through this difficult time in my bussiness as i promise to bounce back within two weeks..
    thank you...

    Dear Song
You assigned to me as your Volunteer Mentor (VM), I really
appreciate your on-time repayment rate of 100%, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and motivate you to keep on. Please, let’s all make our repayment according to our Repayment Schedule. If we continue to make repayment accordingly, our dear Zidisha and Lenders will never hesitate to support us to fulfill our dream. Also, dear Zidisha and Lenders are ready to help us to grow our business but if we delay our repayment, Lenders cannot help us or someone else. Please, just imagine that, there’s nowhere to get this affordable loan. Even bank loan interest or deduction is very high that we can’t go for it. however, if you are currently having any problem, kindly email the office since that is very important to maintaining a very good relationship. Repayments made on time is very keen so please kindly do your best with the schedules.
    thank you....
    your VM
