About Me

I am from Kenya, East Africa.I am from a family of three.I am the first born in this family.I am a real estate investor in Nairobi.I own several estates in within the city and its outskirts.It is the hardships that i face while growing up that made me venture into this type of business.I suffered a lot while growing up.My mother was retrenched from her job.My father was an addicted alcoholic who spent all his salaries on drinking and cared less on how we were surviving.I therefore struggled with my mother alone to pay my school fees and other expenses.This hardships has indeed made who i am today after a hard work.I am a real estate investor who has heavily invested in this business.I started the business with some little savings.A local bank also lend me a loan.Their is a heavy investment spirit in the land where i live in.People invest a lot.My children want a brighter future.My hobby is taking my children with me to a nature walk.

My Business

I am a real estate investor who has heavily invested into this kind of business.I have a lot of rental real estates across the city of Nairobi and its outskirts.I offer housing services.I constructed beautiful homes and rent them to clients who stay in them and pay monthly rent.My business is in a very high demand courtesy of the quality buildings or estates that i build or rather construct.I construct attractive high quality estates which market themselves from their beauty and thus a high demand is on my real estates.The reason why i choose this business was as a result of advise from a friend who was also a real estate investor and a business mogul as well.He is the one who introduced me to this lucrative business and i grabbed the opportunity with both hands without hesitation.I use an estimate of ninety thousand dollars to maintain my estates.I earn an approximate of one hundred thousand dollars from the business.I reinvest my profits.

Loan Proposal

Immediately this loan is fully disbursed to my account , i am going to use it to repair my estates. The damaged floors and ceilings are going to be repaired appropriately for the buildings to have a nice new look and be much more better.I am also going to use this loan to upgrade and improve the drainage system of my buildings.The drainage system of my buildings are poor and does not function properly thus causing a lot of blockages in the system.I am therefore going to use this loan to purchase new drainage pipes and upgrade the existing drainage system to a much more fine and modernized one.The security at the estates is also one thing that i am greatly considering to do with this loan once it is fully disbursed in my account.This loan therefore is going to create a great benefit to me and my business as well.I am going to experience high profits courtesy of the renovation works that this loan is going to do for my estates.I expects a very high profits.
