My name is Terry Amponsah Frimpong. I come from a small town in the Kwabre East district of Ghana. I completed my basic education at ST. Joseph catholic school in my hometown. I had my secondary school at SIMSS college at Mamponteng. After school, I became a shop assistant at Rollex shoes and clothing center. Where I had knowledge in buying and sell. With this experience, I started a small grocery store from a shop I rented from a neighbor.
From a little savings I had, from being a shop assistant, I started a grocery store. My business since 2016 has seen some improvement. I lent good customer service so people feel happy when they buy from my shop especially the youth. As a means of helping the society, I give some of the goods on credit to people who are in need.
I am requesting for this loan to help me buy new freezer. I have the old second hand freezer that I use to sell water but unfortunately, it has broken down. The repairman has advised me to purchase new one instead of repairing the old one which consumes a lot of electricity.
Most of the items that I trade are food. Food is a basic necessity so my shop is always running. I also sell water and drinks from my small freezer. These items are in high demand. Apart from these, I also sell baby diapers and they also make good market.
