About Me

My name is Humphrey Mbilinyi, I was born in Njombe region in a family of three children. I am 23 years old.
I am a native of Njombe Region but currently I live in Dar es Salaam.
I got my primary education 2006-2012 at St Benedict primary school in Njombe Region. I joined Pandahill secondary school in 2013-2019 and in 2019 I joined the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor degree in Economics. I have always been interested in doing business because I have grown up in an environment where my parents have been doing business and serving the family and the surrounding community.
I am currently involved in the business of selling men's clothes (pants and shirts) which I buy at wholesale prices at Kariakoo market and sell them at retail prices at Kimara.

My Business

My business is one year old since I started. I have a small shop where I sell the clothes I have in my neighborhood. People like my service because it is easy to reach me through social media and I deliver them where they need.
I do my business every day from 08:00AM in the morning until 08:00PMin the evening, except on Sundays it opens from noon to 04:00PM in the evening.
My business allows me to earn a good profit that enables me to fulfill the small daily needs of my family.
In my business I have had many needs such as raising capital where the capital I have is able to buy a few products even though the community needs more , I also want to do promotion on social networks like Instagram and Facebook to reach new customers.

Project Proposal

I will use the fund to buy more stock(shirts) and pay for promotions on social media.
