About Me

I  was born in tetu sub county in nyeri county, i went to primary school between 1985 and 1993, i used to look after cattle and goats then,

i then proceeded to high school in 1994 and finished in 1997, i went to nyeri technical training institute where i graduated with a diploma in business administration.


i went to work as a casual laborer at mt kenya bottlers where i was able to overcome my hardships by earning ksh174 per day,

i was able to enroll for a company secretarial course, today am a certified public secretary of Kenya licensed to practice. My Firm Name is Martinsen Maven Registrars, www.martinsenmavenregisrars.co.ke. I register companies in Kenya, we also act as statutory company secretary for corporate, including doing annual returns to the registrar of companies, holding and organizing annual general meetings for listed companies among other duties.

My Business

My business is company secretarial which involves establishing and registering companies in Kenya with the office of company registrar. Am a Licensed Certified Public Secretary of Kenya. I am a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya in good standing. Member number 2630.

Loan Proposal

I intend to aggressively advertise my Firm Business using Google Ad, and Facebook, many of my target clients dont know where to get these services from a professional and end up in the hands of brokers. Facebook will charge me around 10 US dollars to reach about 167 clients daily per week, if i get a client who requires to register say a business name, i will get a revenue of 30 to 40 US dollars. The revenue will be higher for clients who want to register Limited Liability Companies in Kenya.
