Printing machine.
It helped me to reduce expenses incurred by the business in outsourcing printing services.
It has increased customer satisfaction because of confidentiality of customers documents and made my work easier and efficient since i no longer need to run outside the office to print documents.
it has increased my revenue by 2%.
To pay my children school fess, cater for other family needs and plough back the rest to the business.
It has improved our living standards as a family since we can now afford decent shelter,clothing and food for our family as a result of increased profits.

Printing machine
It has made my work easier, effective and confidential since most of my operations are supposed to be confidential.
it has increased by almost 5% since most of the printing work was being done outside and payable at Ksh 10 per page considering that my work entails a lot of paper work so i use to spend a lot of money on printing.
In marketing my company so as to attract new and retain customers
I must say that our living standards have greatly improved.
