About Me

I am a single mum and formerly studying BeD in Laikipia University,Nyahururu. Having studied Economics and Mathematics,i have a passion for teaching. However, i believe that it is in self employment that one can find absolute economic satisfaction. After completion of my education in 2012,i found it necessary to properly manage the family shop through correct and effective data storage and also maximize profits and minimize cost. As i am beggining my settled life,i see a need to expand the shop inorder to achieve financial stability. I teach my specialized subjects, manage the shop and am planning to start writing SEO articles once i get a computer. I still have two siblings in Egerton university and as soon as i can buy more stock i.e,stationary, sugar, shoes, grains, clothes etc,my siblings will comfortably go through school

My Business

My business is a family shop and the weekly income is around 310 dollars.fortunately,no rent is required as the shop was built by my father. The amount is used to restock while some is saved since i have siblings in school who still require fees. A number of plots have been constructed using the profits from the shop. The goods include sugar, rice, shoes, clothes, airtime and other general goods. Good relationships have kept the customers coming time and again. Not overcharging on goods has also aided to develop the business. It is a business that paid for my university education. The policy, the customer is always right helps alot in such a business. Already,am able to save 110 dollars monthly. Incase business isn't doing so well,my mother runs the shop as i teach mathematics in a local secondary school. With my assured monthly salary,I will therefore comfortably repay the granted loan.

Loan Proposal

This is a continuing project where I want to purchase more materials for fluffy mats. currently, a meter of tapestry mat is sold at estimately 9 dollars while the wool used on one mat is approximately 10 dollars. I expect a profit of 40$ since I will sell each metre long mat at 22dollars. Just like my previous loans, I promise to pay on time and keep you updated
