About Me

My name is Wahyu setiawan, I am an entrepreneur in the field of brick making for building materials, my business has been running 4 more years. At first I learned to make bricks from my father until I finally opened my own brick factory.
Since graduating from school I work in an automotive company as an administrative staff, but I prefer to work outdoors so I learning how to produce brick to my parents, my business initially experienced many obstacles such as failed production because of the inadequate composition of brick-making materials to the weather factor, but I have learned from those experiences and give me the spirit to try to correct the mistakes that happened and got better. Besides that I also want to earn my own income as an entrepreneur and as the head of the family should be able to meet the needs of my family because now I'm married.

My Business

My business is engaged in the production of bricks, in the area around me a lot of hills whose land can be utilized as the basic ingredients of brick making and the more days the demand for bricks more and more because of the many new buildings in my city. This business allows me to play a role in protecting the environment because it can utilize waste from other factories as raw material for making bricks such as ash from plywood factory waste, in addition this business can also provide jobs for the surrounding community so that they do not have to go far to the big city to get a job.
Until now I have 4 employees to help make bricks, on average I can produce 1500 - 2000 pcs of bricks per day and after going through the combustion process sold at a price of IDR 500 per piece, in 1 month I can sell 25000 - 35000 pcs of brick with a net profit of around IDR 7.500.000 per month, I am grateful because of this effort can meet the needs of the family, pay the salaries of employees and pay the Zidisha installment on time. With more demand for bricks it will require me to work harder to meet market demand and to provide more jobs. My full time employees work from Monday to Saturday each week and off on weekends so they can take time out to rest and get together with their families, I want to create a comfortable working environment so they can work well

Loan Proposal

I want to thank the lenders who previously funded my loan, now I want to apply for a new loan to buy brick-making raw materials so that my business runs smoothly as the demand for bricks increases. The raw materials I will buy are: Land ($ 17 / truck), Sand ($ 20 / truck), Ash ($ 17 / truck).
I need several trucks for each raw material every weeks, in addition I already add 1 more employee to help my brick production, because the increasing demand of bricks so I have to produce more and need additional employees, I also want to buy some new equipment to make bricks such as hoes, forks etc with a total expenditure of about $100. The rest I will use for daily operating expenses, I hope my loan can be funded so my brick business keep running smoothly, thank you.
