My name is Liem Jeffry Santosa, I was born in 1985 and raised in Semarang. From childhood to adolescence I lived in Semarang with my parents and older sister. But in 2004, I continued my education at the University of Pelita Harapan (Lippo Karawaci). Since 2004 until now I live and settle in Lippo Karawaci. I started college at Pelita Harapan University in 2004 and graduated in early 2008, after that I start a small food businesses. In 2010 I began to open the Bambu Loka, located in Lippo Karawaci until now. I am very fond of listening to music in leisure time.

My Business

I started immersing myself in the food business since I graduated from college in the year 2008, then I develop the business and open the Bambu Loka in 2010.
The reason I am engaged or choose the food business is because food is a basic need of every individual. So I think the food business is the most sought after by consumer. Each person can refrain from buying goods that they want, but for a need for food must be covered for the survival of each individual. Due to the location of my restaurant in Lippo Karawaci, the majority of the market share is the students from the University of Pelita Harapan.

I will use the loan proceeds to expand my food stall. I always want to fix and renovate all the equipment in my food stall, so I can improve my service and increase my sales, by adding some kitchen equipment.

About Me

Nama saya Liem Jeffry Santosa, saya lahir tahun 1985 dan besar di Semarang. Dari kecil hingga remaja saya tinggal di Semarang bersama orang tua dan kakak perempuan. Namun pada tahun 2004 saya melanjutkan pendidikan di Universitas Pelita Harapan (Lippo Karawaci). Semenjak tahun 2004 sampai sekarang saya tinggal dan menetap di Lippo Karawaci.
Saya mulai kuliah di Universitas Pelita Harapan pada tahun 2004 dan lulus pada awal 2008, setelah itu saya memulai bergerak di bisnis makanan kecil - kecilan. Pada tahun 2010 saya mulai membuka Bambu Loka yang berlokasi di Lippo Karawaci sampai sekarang. Dan pada tahun 2016 saya memulai bisnis budidaya udang di kabupaten Subang.
Saya sangat gemar mendengarkan music dikala senggang.

Baru 6 bulan saya memulai bisnis baru, saya mulai menggeleluti bisnis budidaya udang. Berawal dari tahun lalu saya mulai dan mencoba bisnis budidaya udang ini. Sebelumnya saya berkecimpung di bisnis makanan semenjak saya lulus kuliah yakni tahun 2008, kemudian saya mengembangkan kembali bisnis tersebut dan membuka Bambu Loka pada tahun 2010.
Alasan saya berkecimpung atau memilih bisnis makanan adalah karena makanan adalah kebutuhan pokok dari setiap masing - masing individu. Jadi menurut saya bisnis makanan adalah bisnis yang paling dicari setiap konsumen. Setiap orang dapat menahan diri untuk tidak membeli barang - barang yang mereka ingin, tetapi untuk kebutuhan akan makanan harus tetap dipenuhi demi kelangsungan hidup masing - masing individu.
Dikarenakan lokasi resto saya di Lippo Karawaci maka pangsa pasar saya mayoritas adalah mahasiswa dari Universitas Pelita Harapan.
Untuk bisnis budidaya udang saya berlokasi di kabupaten Subang. Pangsa pasar untuk udang cukup luas mengingat saat sekarang ini komoditi udang di Indonesia masi dalam kondisi berkembang.

Loan Proposal

Saya akan menggunakan pinjaman ini untuk mengembangkan usaha depot makanan saya, saya akan memperbaiki sarana - sarana yang dapat menunjang peningkatan pendapatan di masa yang akan datang. Dengan menambahkan dan melengkapi alat - alat dapur serta peralatan lainnya yang diperlukan.
