About Me

I am a 22-year old lady of Kenyan descent. I was born in a family of seven siblings and as a results my parents had hard time educating both of us but by God's grace being a first born i managed to go through my primary and secondary education. I did not get that chance to join any college due to financial pressures.
due to the demand and the pressure my parents went through in order to educate the other siblings i decided to try my luck in business so as to help them meet the many needs for the entire family members. luckily i got a relative who asssisted me with capital and i managed to open a small milk bar which really earned me some profit up to date the dairy is doing well as the customers are many . the problem am facing now is the financial pressures topurchase the freezers to cool my milk all day long due to the high demand. i also wish to expand my milk bar from a mediuml scale to large scale to enable my four year old son to go through his education to university level and achieve his dreams of becoming a doctor and also my two siblings who are almost through with their primary education proceed to higher levels.

My Business

I own a medium scale milk bar. the milk bar is the link between a dairy farmers and the milk consumer. currently i sell unprocessed milk directly to consumers but i intend to process the milk to other products when i get enough capital. currently i face challenges like lack of storage and cooling equipments. My typical costs include Ksh. 4000 for monthly rent, Ksh.5000 for daily milk supply and wage for milk bar attendant. My monthly gross profits is Ksh.30,000.

Loan Proposal

I intend to purchase milk storage cans and add up to the ones i bought from the previous loan. This is due to the increase in the demand for milk hence i plan for an increased supply. One storage can is worth $22.4 and i expect to earn a profit from the milk which will enable me meet fees payment for my kid and my siblings also.
