My name is Mr Gordon Kondiek am 57 years old a father of 5 boys and 2 girls and a husband I schooled ay local schools in our village and graduated at kisumu polytechnic with diploma in business management I have never been employed this has been a challenge but I thank God coz he has helped me see my kids graduating. I do business I got a shop and I supply some goods too to the nearby markets which makes my sales be a little bit higher. On average I can a profit of ksh 50000 from my stock of averagely ksh600000 out of this I got one employ who I pay ksh 8000 and I don't pay rent

This business consist of house hold goods that we do consume on a daily basis and a supply of eggs that I use my pick up that I acquired second hand which helps me a lot reaching nearby markets and I do milk supply too.l have done this business for the past 30 years it has been my main source of income I do get loans from banks to add my stock and see it grow. Through this I have seen 4 of my kids graduating I thank God
