About Me

Am a middle aged man brought up in family of three children. I went to school in Tudor primary school in Mombasa where I got my K.C.P.E. certificate. Later on I joined Machakos school in rural area where I did my O level. After that I joined Mt. Kenya University - Main campus where i did a course in Tourism and Business studies for 3 years.

After my 3years in school i got my first job in Tamarind Hotel in Mombasa as a casual, i worked there for 8 months and we were sent home because tourism went down. After 3 years of hustling i got my second job in Diani Reef as a housekeeper still as a casual but there i didn't stay longer too, tourism went down and after few months many of us were sucked.
I was in a confusing state since i didn't know what to do, i planned to move out of the country to look for a job opportunity since i saw things were not working well with me in Kenya will my career. But all was in vain so i decided to a start a small business to cater for my needs because i had no choice i had to stand strong since am the first male in the family and my parents had to take me to school first so that my other small siblings can depend on me.

So the little savings I had in my account and some my father helped me with I started Mpesa business of which i cant say its not doing well as we talk at least its paying my bills and putting food on my table.

My Business

My Mpesa business is located in a very prime area, surrounded so many business includes shops, hotels, bars, salons etc that is an opportunity to me because most of my customers are within the area.
Right now what i need is taking my business on another level, by selling vegetables, Cereals, Tomatoes and Onions. That why am looking for a loan to boost my business.
The reason I know very well my business going to pay back the loan because have done a research and calculated the sales I will make per day. I will make at least 300kshs (in dollars $3.4) per day or even more when there is job, and not less than 200kshs ( In dollars $2.2) a day when the job is not good.

With the profit per day I will be paying the loan weekly from the sales I have made.

Loan Proposal

I want to take this opportunity to thank Zidisha team for their full support towards the previous loan, God bless you for those who lend me their money.

I want to also take this opportunity to ask for forgiveness for what happened on my last payment i had issues which made me not pay my debt on time. Please forgive me, such incident will not happen in future.

I also would like you to know that the last months has not been easy for me because of business, this time i want to think different.

This time round i would like to start selling mitumba, viatu and sheets, my friends are telling me its a good business and I would like to give it a try. Arrangement have already started and after my loan fully funded the business starts immediately. I shall be getting my goods from Nairobi as belly.

Once again thank you.
