About Me

Hi everyone! My name is ukashat shehu. I am the last child in a family of seven. My father is a civil servant and my mother is a primary school teacher. I am pursuing a professional diploma in marketing at Kaduna polytechnic to prepare me for a job in banking industry. I currently operate a mobile money outlet where I carryout cash deposit and withdrawal, bills payment and airtime recharge. My parents are fully in support of me. I completely my parents efforts towards my education with 40% of my profits and re-invest the remaining 60% back into the business. I like reading novels and playing football

My Business

My business is Mobile money (agent banking). I carryout cash transfers and deposits, bill payment and airtime recharge. Due to its ease of use, a lot of people prefer to top up their mobile phone or carryout cash transactions via an agent to save them time and bypass banking hall crowd especially now that there is the risk of covid. I don't have to always ask my parents for money because my business has been supporting me financially. I head of zidisha from a close friend about all the successes the platform has been achieving. My business need slot of working capital to guarantee competitiveness

Loan Proposal

Mobile money as a financial transactions -based business require a lot of working capital to stay afloat and remain competitive. I understand that as a new member, I may not be offered a lot at first. However, with a proven record of timely repayment of smaller loan amounts, I will surely get to secure larger loan amount due to increase in my credit limit. Income Source

We are economically and medically impacted by the vivid pandemic. But from August to now, I can say that the covid impact is gradually declining. I don't have any problem with my business performance and with my savings and my parents full support, I believe it is going to be progress upon progress.
