I joined Kenyatta university in the year 2008 and graduated in the year 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (statistics and programming)
My secondary school education had a lot of challenges due to lack of school fees but thanks to God i managed a B+ thus earning a chance to further my education.

I started my own business in the year 2013 at Nairobi with the little cash i got from my previous employer.
the most unique thing about my land is that people living in it are peace lovers and like appreciating what they have
my kid is still young and learning to speak

My Business

I deal with retail of mobile phones, their accessories and M-pesa shop.
That is phone handsets and their accessories
The phones are currently on demand due to the fact that the whole world is now embracing technology. Moreover communication being a vital order in day to day activities and the easiest mode is through mobile.
The accessories are also in demand since some of the handsets needs repairs once in a while.
M-pesa is currently the largest mobile money transfer platform in kenya with a network of over 20 million customers hence it is on high demand.
The business is interensting since one is able to know and understand the current trends in technology and the whole world in general.
Costs includes; Rent, transport, Airtime, Salaries and utilities which amounts to kes 400 dollars per month
revenue from the business amounts to kes 900 dollars per month on average

i use my revenues to grow the business, pay for my family health insurance, education policy for my kid. investing in a welfare group and saving for any unforeseen emergency

Loan Proposal

Since i deal with retail of mobile phones and accessories, i will buy 10 pieces of nokia 105 at 20 dollars each and retail them at 26 dollars each. 20 pieces discovery batteries at 3.5 dollars each and retail them at 6 dollars each. 36 pieces of phone covers at 1.5 dollars each and retail them at 2.5 dollars each.
This will increase my revenue and ensure that customers demands do not exceed my supply.
In a good week i sell 4 phones 10 batteries and 20 phone covers this will translate to 69 dollars weekly in terms of profit adding to the current 100 dollars that i make weekly thus i will comfortably service my loan.

Although initial payments were not always on time, the loan was repaid in full nearly a year and a half early.
