Over time our village began to grow even more and more villagers, with an area of ​​2.5 hectares of land given by the government to the population mostly planted with oil palm. Since the gardens begin to produce it at the time the economy in which I live began to grow, the school that was originally only elementary school building now existing Junior High School and High School, KUD started forward anyway and I happened was elected secretary for KUD where I live. With the economic progress of the villagers began to take the initiative to open up business opportunities, so almost all areas of business right where I live has been done by the villagers as trade ranging from basic needs to trade on selling services such as barber services, private tutoring services, business livestock such as cattle fish, poultry. Incidentally my own fans or bird hobbyist so I since about a year ago I decided to create or open a business of buying and selling birds singing like a canary, Magpie Bird and others besides that I also sell the need for breeding birds such as feed, vitamins , cage and more. I chose this business with the aim that I do not feel bored in running this business because it is part of my hobby as well as a filler besides my spare time.

My Business

Hobbyist adult songbird is increasing this is evidenced by the many birds singing contest or competition not only in the village where I live but to a higher level such as the sub-district and district level, even from each contest offering small gifts. But to get a beautiful bird with a chirp is not easy depending on the type of bird and care at the bird and the bird hobbyist happen to my own since I was not married so I know exactly how to get a good quality bird and how to care for the birds well. Of the hobby so I took the initiative to open a business selling birds chirping, bird feed as well as materials and supplies for the treatment of birds. I have long wanted to open this business but due to several factors such as capital and time then I have not been able to make it happen, but for the last 2 years I began to be able to run this business. From this effort I average net earning around 300,000 IDR to 500,000 IDR per month, according to my calculations this income will increase if the bird that I sell is the result of my own livestock not buy from suppliers, therefore I am planning to make a bird cattle especially canaries singing. In addition to more promising in terms of profits lately to get the bird is more difficult because the average bird suppliers to get the bird from the capture of wild birds while wild birds are increasingly scarce. Currently I live in an area where there is some kind of business, but I am confident of being able to compete with them because I have the ability and experience in raising and caring for the birds chirping. The risk of this effort is a disease that attacks the birds, but it can be anticipated to provide vitamins and keep your diet as well as the cleanliness of the bird. For the progress of my efforts I am really hoping for financial aid from anywhere and I am confident of being able to repay the loan capital, because apart from me who has not been a great effort I also have income from work in a cooperative where I live and the results of my oil palm plantations have.

Loan Proposal

Setelah saya mendapatkan pinjaman modal maka saya akan mulai untuk beternak burung kenari dengan rincian modal yang saya butuhkan antara lain adalah sebagai berikut :
A. Modal tetap : Membeli 1 sangkar ternak Rp 75.000, sepasang induk siap jodoh warna standart Rp 1.200.000,- Jumlah modal tetap Rp 1.275.000
B. Modal tidak tetap : Kebutuhan akan pakan milet selama 1 bln kurang lebih @ Rp 8.000 x 1 tahun x Rp 8.000 = Rp 48.000/tahun, Pakan tambahan Rp 50.000/Tahun,
Telur burung puyuh Rp 50.000/tahun. Jumlah modal tidak tetap Rp 148.000/tahun Modal keseluruhan, modal tetap + modal tidak tetap Rp 1.275.000 + Rp 148.000 = Rp1.423.000.
Itulah rincian modal yang saya butuhkan untuk beternak burung kenari dengan jumlah satu pasang induk burung kenari dalam 1 tahun, sedangkan keuntungannya adalah selain menjaga habitat burung kenari tetap bertahan juga dapat mendatangkan keuntungan secara financial bagi saya, keuntungan tersebut menurut perkiraan saya sebagai berikut :
Penghasilan yang di dapat selama 1 tahun dari sepasang induk kenari, 1 tahun produksi kurang lebih 6x dengan sekali produksi 4 tetasan. Harga jual umur 2 bln Rp 300.000/ekor, keuntungan selama 1 thn 6 x 4 x Rp 300.000 = Rp 7.200.000 – dikurangi biaya tetap dan tidak tetap Rp 1.423.000 = Rp5.777.000 Dengan catatan dalam berternak tidak ada kendala sama sekali.
