About Me

My name is Nicholas Ngetich aged 28 and a first born in a family of six. I am married to Beatrice and we are blessed with two children. I reside with the family in Kuresoi of Nakuru county.
I could not school beyond form four due to financial challenges but have been practicing farming for the past four years.
My hobbies are travelling and watching sports and movies.

My Business

I am a full time farmer and specialize in commercial seedling development.
We have a family farm in Kuresoi village and that is where I develop tree and vegetable nurseries for sale.
I sell most seedlings to the neighbours and some at a stand at Kuresoi shopping centre.
The business has sustained me and has less competition in the area.

Loan Proposal

Hello lenders,
I would like the support of Zidisha to purchase a new Money maker sprayer for timely irrigation of tree and vegetable seedlings. I had an old sprayer that broke recently and would like to purchase a more efficient one.
I would therefore use the balance of $75 from the first loan together with my savings to purchase a new Money maker sprayer.
A good sprayer will improve the perfomance of my seedlings through timely and effecient spraying.
I will dedicate my weekly sales to repaying the loan on time.
