About Me

I was born in 1989 in Kangemi. My mother was a single mother and she passed away when I was 7 years old. She used to be a teacher at St Martins Kangemi, and so that's how I ended up being enrolled there in class 1. The institution sponsored me through my primary, secondary and university education.

Immediately after high school, I joined Griffins College and pursued a certificate in computers. Afterwards I joined Kenyatta University and pursued a degree in education. I started my business while I was in campus from money I used to make out of offering tuition classes to secondary students. From the money I get from my business, I cater for my basic needs and save for expanding my business. I like socializing, dancing and teaching.

My Business

Since I started my business it's grown due to the quality service I offer my clients: the cybercafe is always full. I also offer computer classes to interested people at affordable rates and I am also employed at Parklands Arya Girls High School as a teacher, so making ends meet is not such a big challenge because I always have enough to sustain my needs and save.

My big challenge in business is when customers come and I am forced to send them away because my business premise is full. That's why I need the Zidisha funds so I may add to my savings and buy more computers for my business.

Loan Proposal

I wish to buy one more computer in my Cybercafe the computer is selling at Kes 25,000 from the money I have applied from Zidisha I will afford the computer that will help me satisfy my customers and that will mean continued success in my business and more profit and so repayment will not be a problem since there will be more money coming in thanks.

Hi,to all lenders and the Zidisha community at large I regret my late loan repayment I lost my phone and had to block my line so ever since I reconnected my line I had problems accessing my mpesa and even loading credit but now the problem is solved and it's much smoother I hope to make my loan repayment record indeed very impressive thanks.

Hello Christine, you've been making these very low payments for several months now. Are you able to increase them a little yet, in order to pay off your loan sooner?
    God bless you,
    Wendy
