My name is peninah kanini maketi,a am a kenyan citizen by birth having being born in eastern part of of kenya in machakos county in a place known as matuu.I got my primary school education in Ithekethini primary school.life was not easy because my father passed on while i was in the lower primary level.my mother was left a widow and nine children to look after,since she was jobless after my primary education i could not further my studies.so i decided to go and work as a house help and help my mother to support the young children.Due to this life conditionings i was forced to fall into early marriage.i was married and after two years my dear husband passed on.i became a widow with two children.

My Business

My business is a general shop whereby i sell generals foodstuffs and cereals plus other house h old requirements.it is located in my own compound so i do not have problem with the house rent,i chose to operate this kind of business for i thought it wise engage myself in a business which will not stress me alot.i had passed through problems in feeding the children and i saw it good to deal with foods.so my money goes for food ,clothing and medical.i find all the goods i sell on demand.

Loan Proposal

After getting the next loan i will be able to add more stock to keep my shop growing.i wish to buy more cereals to stock up the shop and bring in a new and attractive face which will bring attention to many new customers.
