I Am a 29 years old Kenyan and the last born in our family. I have a passion for poultry which can be traced back to when I was a small boy. As I grew up, I loved chicken meat so much such that I always said I would keep so many chicken so that I can eat the meat anytime I want. Little did I know that this would be a venture that would give some source of income to me as it does today. I am happy to tell people that I have lots of chicken meat for myself, and some more to sell and have extra cash!!!!!

For the love of this self empowering venture and the future I can see ahead, I intend to grow this business further and I believe zidisha will be of much help in fulfilling this goal.

Loan Proposal

During the Christmas season I sold lots of chicken meat which enabled me to clear my previous loan. I am now planning to buy more chicken this month with an anticipation of selling more chicken meat during the Easter holiday. I also intend to venture into pig farming in the near future by saving the profits I make in the poultry project to enable me buy some piglets later this year.

    I have been having problems with my project and at times am unable to raise the weekly minimum required to repay the loan. It's because of this that I seek to reschedule my repayments to ksh. 250 per week as I try to work things out.

    My project has encountered some unforeseen hitches which have affected my income. I beg to reduce the weekly amount to ksh. 300 per week as I sort out things. I beleive I'll be coming back soon to increase the amount once things get back to normal.

    To all lenders and the entire zidisha family, thank you for believing in me and trusting that I will repay the money you gave me.
    In the festive season I had some chicken that I sold and am happy to report that out of the sales I was able to clear my loan which I believe will update soon. I am looking forward to expand my project in the New Year and am kindly asking all of you to support me when I apply for another loan.
    Once again I pledge my commitment to make sure I repay every single cent am given as loan no matter how tough the going gets.

    I wish to adjust my repayment schedule because I feel i can pay the new installment easily because my projects are doing well at the moment.
    Its my belief that paying the loan as fast as possible will enable zidisha lenders to extend their good deeds to other members in this family that are in need of support to boost their projects.
