About Me

I grew up in a Christian family at a place called Kericho .My parents have really supported me all along through Primary studies all the way upto University level .I hold a Bachelors Degree in Information Techonology from Nairobi University.
Through life's hardships,I have learnt a lot and infact it made me think outside the box.Joblessness made me of venturing into a business and that really became a turning point in my life.
My land(where I come from) is very fertile and various crops really do well unlike other areas where specific crops are grown. I have a young boy aged 12 who has always desired to become an engineer when he grows up.
I love playing football and reading novels.

My Business

My current business is under Entertainment category.I offer sports and movies broadcast.On the sports side I have subscribed for Dstv premium package and I have been offering all live sports events including soccer matches(English premier league,Bundesliga) among others.Also,I offer movie services during weekdays.
My services are in huge demand being a monopoly in my area and more so because of the Large and I High definition screens that I use these services.The current full capacity of my room is 384 people at one sitting.For sports,customers pay half a dollar per match and a third of a dollar for movies.I m glad that demand is still growing .In a month,I make a net profit of Ksh. 27000.
My current monthly costs include electricity of ksh.6000,Maintenance of ksh.3000,House rent 5000 ,Subscription fee of Ksh.10562,Insurance fee of 2000.
I use the profits to pay for my son's fees and also my siblings tuition fee and the remaining amount I investment back into the business.

Loan Proposal

My entertainment business has really grown. Thanks to the support I got from zidisha. Through the loan I received,I added more seats into the room and more customers are now accomodated. Currently,I need more sound enhancing equipments specifically speakers to enhance sound in the room. I am therefore seeking funds to purchase more speakers thus enabling customers to listen without straining.
