About Me

I am a 22 year old lady, married with one child. I cleared high school with good grades and joined college where i took a course in business sales and marketing. I am currrently persuing a diploma in sales and marketing but i take the course in part time mode as i am also raising my small kid alongside running my small entertainment shop where i sell music and movies. I have currently employed one person who helps me in the business where i pay him on a commission basis. I managed to raise capital for my business through funding from my husband and relatives since i had no enough money considering that i am still a in college. I decided to start that business because i realized that there was a great opportunity in that field since there was none of its kind in the area and the demand for movies was very high. the unique thing that people find in me is that i ventured in field that is commonly referred for men but i decided to go for it since i believe in hard work and strength of a woman. i spend most of my free time watching movies and listening to music.

My Business

the main activity in my business is selling music and movies to the people around my area, the demand for movies and and music is high because in my locality there are no other persons who offer those services and hence, i enjoy consistent number of customers each day. i chose to venture in that in that business since i saw an opportunity and i decided that i would take risk and utilize it and sure enough it all went along well. on a normal day i am capable of making $9 which amounts to about $270 in a month. out of the $270 i use $50.16 for rent, $13.25 for electricity and $55 for internet since i download the movies from the internet. after the deductions i am able to raise a profit of $151.6 of which $55.2 goes for the house rent where i live and the remaining $96.4 is for my essential upkeep and savings for my little kid.

Loan Proposal

first i would like to extend my gratitudes to the very willing to help zidisha fraternity for funding my first loan. That loan realy helped me realize the my long time dream of having my own source of income that has realy been of benefit to me and my small family. Now i am applying for this second loan with the aim of upgrading the library to a more convenient and a reliable source of entertainment. Wth the previous loan, i was able to buy a movie writer and a screen for diplaying the movies for customer sampling. Having that realy helped my business to grow with a very impressive margin, hence the need to expand and improve the state of the machines in order to sustain the number of clients that i serve in a day. If my application is funded, i plan to use the amount to buy a faster machine at the price of$167 that i would use to burn the movies with, i would also use it to buy a one T.B external hard disk drive for more storage and back up. I am realy looking foward to to receive the funds and have a continued good relationship with Zidisha.
