About Me

I am Emily Seroney, born and brought up in Kware, Rongai in Nakuru county. I went through the Primary and secondary level successfully. I later did the Accounting Courses where I graduated and since I could not be employed I started my own business( a hotel). My business did so well and I hired three people who assisted me in this business. I managed to buy a plot with the profits I made from it.
I have two children both are still in lower primary, first born is in class 4 and the other in nursery school. I am so impressed by what they would like to be in future, one is Engineering and the other a doctor. I make sure they get all what they need for their education so that they can achieve their dreams.

My Business

I later came to be employed in Rongai Rural Sacco as an Accountant therefore I decided to quit the catering department and engage in the Mpesa business which would also rhyme with my area of specialization. I have hired one person to assist me run it as I monitor it daily. This business has seen me develop my plot as well as farming and also paying for fees.

Loan Proposal

As earlier indicated I have started the second Mpesa in my rural centre. Thus the loan I will get will be used to buy stationery like Exercise books, pens, envelopes and refreshments like sodas and cakes. Already I have a photocopier in place where I normally photocopy exams because my business is a few metres from Kapkwen Kware Primary and secondary school.
I have hired one person to do this work and in future I intend to add one more because work is increasing. I also plan to buy 2 computers with the earnings I will get from this business.
The profit I received from my first business as at 30th Nov. 2015 was Ksh. 75,235. I intend to increase this figure after I buy refreshments for my customers. This is one way of bringing more customers.
