About Me

elphick comes from a family of seven and being the eldest son life has not been very easy. i started my education in early 1990s and finished my degree in 2014. after collage life never proved to be good and a thought of starting a business to provide for the family and buy some necessaries for myself and finance my masters program

My Business

I deal with sales of second hand clothing (mtumba). i have a passion in doing mtumba business especially the ladies ware. Nakuru town where i stay has many collages which makes it appropriate for such business. Mtumba comes from a kiswahili word meaning second-hand clothing, .i started my business 1year ago. i decided to start the business because of high demand for such clothes because of their affordability. my biggest challenge is the capital, currently the business requires a lot of capital in order to stock properly. My customers cut across all kinds of people within nakuru county.my goal is to be able to meet most of my customers needs and expectations.

To restock my business, this is going to cost ksh.20,000, the additional stock will facilitate more revenue consequently, i will be to take care of my family needs however, my business also will be stable.

Loan Proposal

i will buy second hand clothes at a cost of kshs 15000 and sell them in the market for a profit. by doing this revenue will increase so that am able to take a full bail to increase my stock. when my stock increases i will be able to command a large market for my goods hence more money
