am a window with 5 with children who are all schooling i live in kiptagwanyi center which is about 43 kilometer from nakuru town nakuru is the major town in this area where you can get if you want to buy goods in wholesale price. i live in plot no 566 here people call mama muriithi wa mashamba because of my business of buying shamba and selling them.this has my business even before my husband pass away, i was doing this business,it help me to care for my children education and other need in life. i love my job because there is no competation in this business
my business entail in buying plot or land in this area and then cut it to a small potion of plot and sell it to any who can afford and also where i can get profit .the business is good in profit because like now people are coming from as far as Nairobi to look where to buy plot to build homestead because to buy land in Kenya now have became very costly in other area, but here in kiptagwanyi the price is low because this land have no title deed .the main challenges is lack of finance that accelerated by high interest rate in local micro finances
my business entail in buying and selling small portion [plot] of land i have some people who want to sell to me their land measuring 1 acre . i want to add the money i will get and the money i have to bought that land, and thereafter to sell it and make profit if i get that money and buy that land within two month i can sell it to a higher buyer .
