My name are George Mbogo, male and head of family with one daughter in Nakuru county, Rift valley province, Kenya. I completed form four studies and joined a short course of entrepreneurship for two years and half. later opened my own business with few savings I had kept, the business was a grocery bearing in mind it was a challenge because I had a family to look after .I did not give up bearing in mind that I had to work hard for living.
I have been working hard in my business in order to achieve my goal. I managed to buy three trays of eggs for keeping,2 litters of bottle for keeping milk safely every day and the rest for buying my family basic needs.
n my grocery store I primarily sell groceries like milk, fruits, vegetables and other special services such as take away food. It is located in Shabby town near quick mat supermarket. The target population are the so rounding population and the passage rs who stop to buy while going upcountry. I compete other groceries around although the competition is stiff I have managed to be the best because am always clean, serve my customers well and curtsy. The business is profitable because I have been selling the groceries in three year and making a closing relationship with my customers. Risks that I encounter are lack fridge for keeping milk and vegetables, high price of goods that buy, small space in that it is not enough for my cutomers. The profit that I get at the end of the month is 10,000 monthly increment is 25,000.
My business is a grocery which deals with fruits like avocado, watermelon fruit juice and also other fruits like oranges. It's normally earns me profit especially summer season like here in Nakuru where the whether is always hot. This loan will help me to add more fruits and also to buy a small machine that will assist in making this fruit juice.
