About Me

Am a lady of 32 years old, married and with three children. My first born is a girl named Teclar, she is ten years old she is in class five in Citadel junior academy. The second born is boy named Tobias aged five years and in KG 2 at Havilla junior academy. the third is a boy named Timothy he is three years old in baby class at Haviillar junior academy. Am a God fearing and i love Jesus. I live with my family here in mikanjuni, mtwapa town. My occupation; am a businesswoman and some time i do a little farming. I completed my o level well at Jaribuni secondary school in 1995, and there after i went to Mombasa polytechnic in 2000. That's where i did a pharmacy course and got a certificate in pharmacy.At my farm i raise chicken, i also grow maize,spinach,beans, and also try to grow bananas.I started this business because it's what i can do best and am a professional in this business. And mostly meet my family needs. I use the money i get from my business look after my family and also to improve and develop my family.

My Business

My business is a chemist. At my chemist i deal with both human and veterinary drugs. Started this business here in our village especially mainly because we don't have such services here and most of our hospitals here are public hospitals where they don't have good medicines. We also don't have veterinary services in our area so that gives me the best opportunity to this business. This business is profitable because i make a monthly profit of ksh 45,000 per month.I use ksh 5,000 per month to pay rent at the chemist, ksh 5,000 is used to food for my family, ksh 5,000 is used to for children's school fees. I use ksh 10,000 to pay for my college fees since am still doing my diploma course. I save ksh 20,000 every month.This business has risks like sometimes the prices are not constant, sometimes they are so high that the profit goes low. My objective is to expand the business and eventually open anther chemist in a nearby village since they don't such services in their area. And that why i want zidisha to come in and help me fulfill my wish.

With this loan i will buy more drugs, This will add more potential and will make me acquire more customers. With this i will make more income to the business.
