About Me

I am a guy who wants to be financially stable in three years from last year, so I have just two years to make my dreams and attain cash flow that will make it easier for me to prosper. I am an electrician by profession and a building contractor. I own 41% of Muna General Contractors & Suppliers ltd and fully owns supplies business called Machian General Suppliers which targets doing business with the State of Kenya.

I am married with two children

I am in construction and supplies. My company Muna General contractors and suppliers ltd has started to get some small projects. In construction there is always demand for hardware materials and thus my idea to open a medium hardware store.

I am grateful to my esteemed lenders for my first loan which has made great difference in my thinking about business. I has made me more responsible to my payment obligations and thus now feel ready to go the next step

My Business

After getting my first loan from zidisha I have attained greater cash-flow. I have participated in more and more tenders from the Government and it's institutions. Our Government has introduced measures to favor the youth and underprivileged to participate in business. I have made savings totaling to USD 2000 and in the view that I am in construction and supplies would like to open a medium hardware store in the neighborhood to sell building materials as well as a base store from which to honor my supply commitments.

I have made all calculations and need USD 3000 to be able to pay my Rent and have a respectable stock. Building materials like cement, plumbing material and assorted pipes are fast moving and expect to break even in about three months.

I have already identified the shop to rent and had a verbal agreement with the owner that I will occupy it at the start of July

Loan Proposal

If I get this loan I will add up from my total saving and open a hardware store.

After getting my first loan which enabled me to participate in more tenders, I have realized that since I primarily deal in construction, it would be best to start an hardware store. I have saved about USD2000 and still saving from my construction business to achieve my goal.

I have identified the place in Nasra Gardens Estate (one of the busiest estates under construction) in Nairobi east lands where I have talked to the shop owner to lease some space to set the store. He has assured me that the

I have also had a talk with several cement manufactures regarding their stocking my shop and had positive feedback, same as other manufactures for pipes.

I have also had a talk with some home builders and am convinced that my venture will be success

I would like to thank zidisha for giving me this opportunity to borrow again
