About Me

I am Mwakoi Sichimbo and i came from Ndola where i was living with my husband and 3 kids. But i grew up with my Dad only, and Mom passed on when i was a little child in our village called Moono in Solwezi. my father is a fashion designer and i liked helping him alot. and it has been my dream that one day, i must own a shop for designing and tailoring. I left Dad for marriage after high school and lived with my hubby in ndola, but i still could not just live without any other serious commitment. So i moved to lusaka and opened a fashion and designing shop in city market where i am currently working from. I have enjoyed doing that business and my hubby is now benefiting a lot when he wants to do the order of his Timber business in ndola. He is able to get money from me and repay after the sales. and we both want our kids to go to best schools thats why we are working so hard, where one of them is telling us that they shall be doctors and accounts and environmental officer for our country.

My Business

I am currently working in my fashion and designing shop where i am under pressure due to high demand of new styles especially ladies planing their kitchen parties and weddings. I have seen it to be a good idea to be here and continue doing business due to the high population as the capital city of our country Zambia. I have a good number of other shops competing with me but i beat them because its been my child wood hobby.

Loan Proposal

I just need about $30 for materials for making designing dresses for ladies and $50 for decorating materials, especially during this festival season. I will make a lot of money and keep on reodering. that will be easy to make me repay my loan and ask for another, as i want this business to grow big.
