About Me

I am the first born in a family of four raised by a single mother. I managed to study through public primary school in meru county whereby i got good grades and joined a provincial secondary school in machakos county.
After finishing high school i started doing promotions with various companies and the money went to my education in a polytechnic where i pursued marketing and had my diploma.
Through the skills and knowledge acquired i started baking and selling small cakes in my neighborhood and the response was good.In meru there is a high population of people and agriculture does well so raw materials and market are readily available.
Am passionate about cooking and my dream is to start my own cafeteria.i also love traveling and learning different recipes from different cultures.

My Business

am in the food service industry where by i bake cakes and cook food to deliver to people in organization,done through ordering. this service is in demand because its convenient and affordable.am passionate about cooking.costs consist of raw materials e.g flour,oil electricity,labour etc.the returned revenue is at break even point.i use my profits to reinvest in the business.

Loan Proposal

The money will go a long way in adding to the materials needed to increase the daily output in my restaurant.materials needed are floor@14 dollars ,cooking oil@16 dollars electricity and labor expensee@19 dollars.
This will really help in production and increase my sales margins which will help in the growth of my business.
