My business started way back in 2012. I didn't have enough resources to sustain my business, yet through perseverance and hard work using the little resources [I had], I started growing. Commitment and being creative made me pull through the hard times. I am a first born in the family of six, and I would like to be a role model to my siblings by showing determination and hard work at all times. Some months ago, I got a loan from Zidisha, which in turn helped change the face of my business. I have again decided to request for a loan to purchase a new cartridge for my photocopying machine that I bought in an auction sale. This will enforce on the number of copiers in my centre.
My business offers services including photocopying, printing and typing, and internet services, which helps me make about ZMK1700 (USD $193) monthly on average, though at times business can be on the bad side, so I can make much less than the figure highlighted above. The location is near 5 government schools and a newly built private school: this in turn makes my business ideal as the services are in demand. Despite being near these locations, business has become hard because of [bad] luck in some equipment, thus the need to buy more equipment to improve services and my profit base.
My culture is characterized by social and loving people who always want to cooperate and mingle with others. My hobby is soccer: I like watching and playing during my free time. I also have a team of young soccer players who I coach in my free time.
With this requested loan, I will be able to buy a sharp photocoping machine that can do back to back copying being sold at $400.
When this machine or equipment is bought, it will help me complete bigger projects that I plan to be undertaking thus improving my profit base which in turn will help my business to grow and attract more project offers, it will help my family with rentals, help my wife who is going to college next year, help the community football team that I help in sponsoring.
All in all, my profit base will be increased by 15% if it all goes well and help my business and life better.
