I am Francis Kibe Kamau, a born again christian. I am a hardworking young man with a great passion in Business.

I am a CPA K and holder of Bachelor of Commerce (Finance option)

I overcome challenges by going to the root of the problem and apply persistence.

I developed interest in Real estate after working for another Company for several years.

I like playing volleyball and reading Business articles.

My Business

The Business name is SMARTKINGS PROPERTIES LIMITED which is incorporated under the Kenyan companies Act (Cap 486) as a Limited Company.
The Company core Business is the provision of Real Estate Agents services that include property management, buying and selling of properties (land, plots and Houses).
The Directors of SMARTKINGS PROPERTIES LTD have been involved in Property Management and Agency work and therefore have a wealth of experience in the letting and management of both commercial and residential properties.

VISION STATEMENT
To become a market leader in the provision of real estate agency services in Kenya and beyond.

MISSION STATEMENT
To engage in continuous quality improvement in order to provide our customers with affordable, smart, and quality services.

Loan Proposal

My business, 'SMART KINGS PROPERTIES LIMITED" which is involved in property management and buying and selling of properties is growing and gaining momentum very fast and hence a need for opening a new branch.

The loan that you will facilitate will go towards purchasing items like furniture for the new office which I intend to be operational from January 2016.

I am looking forward to great achievement/growth for this company which is progressing very well.
