About Me

I am 26 years old, married and a mother of one child. I was born from a very humble background and my parents struggled a lot to provide my basic needs together with my other two siblings. Despite all that, they managed to educate me until i finished my secondary education.I succeeded and got sponsored by Government to University.I completed my degree in Bachelor of Community Development with good results.I started looking for a job but i was not lucky to get one.One year later i thought of how i was able to help my community and that is how i came up with the decision of starting a cybercafe in addition of photocopying,printing, Lamination and Scanning of documents. The main challenge here was capital so i got a small amount of money from my parents' Agricultural firm to start the business. I started with three computers two years ago.The uniqueness of where i live is that, the area has got many youths and i thought of starting a cybercafe will be of much help to them instead of idling. I hope for good career to my child who is now two years old.Above all i like helping the needy.

My Business

I own a cybercafe plus photocopying machine, printing machine and also a scanning machine.I provide Internet to my customers which helps them to access their activities online.I also do printing, photocopy and lamination of documents.I chose this kind of business because the area i live is highly populated and i knew many people would need the business. From my business ,i get annual income of 70,000KSH. My last years income went down a bit because my printer had a problem and before i fix the problem,i had already lost some customers so i got 60,000KSH. I use the profits in reinvestment of my business and that is why i have increased my computers from three to six.I would be thankful for your consideration because am planning to add more computers and the other machines so as to start saving for my child's education.

Loan Proposal

If i manage to get the loan, i will buy an advanced digital camera at 88.89 dollars.This will attract more customers in my business who will be in need of passports and photographs.Through this my income will increase to enable more investments.This will increase my profit to approximately 90,000KSH.I will be much grateful for your consideration.
