My Business

Case Essence was established in 2014 to focus on Interior Design and Home Decor solutions to customers in Kenya. Case Essence is steadily acquiring clients locally into its family of valuable customers through identifying, delivering and servicing their specific needs.

The business currently offers Design-related solutions in a myriad of products. E.g; Laundry Baskets, Shoe racks, Magazine racks, Duvet Covers and Interior projects like Kitchens, partitions and space organization ideas.

Our entire focus is geared to helping our clients derive value from their investment so that they can become more successful in their core activities. This applies to Individuals, small businesses, major corporations and entire governments.

Loan Proposal

I will buy a variety of assorted fabrics to increase/improve my current skews of laundry baskets. I will buy 10 metres of fabric at a total cost of Kshs.4000. The balance of Kshs.506 will be used to buy packaging materials (polyethene bags, Celotapes, Piping cords) for the Laundry baskets.

This investment will enable me make 10 Laundry baskets within a short period of time.
The baskets retail for Kshs.1,800 each and this will help grow my business.

Loan payments will be done promptly.

This will definitely improve my turnover because I will have an assortment of the baskets i.e enough quantity. This will sell within a week or two guaranteeing loan repayment.
