About Me
My name is Mercy Awuor Oketch. I was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. I studied in Donholm Catholic Primary School and thereafter attended Kianda School for my secondary education. Due to my passion for cooking and baking, I am currently developing recipes that I will use in my baking business that I will start up at my parents' residence and thereafter will acquire permanent premises using the profits earned. My dream is to attend culinary school in future.
My Business
My business is a baking business that I intend to run from my current residence. Purchased products will be personally delivered to the clients once they are ready. I intend to deal in cakes, cookies and various type of confectionaries. Though I am a selft taught baker, I believe that my products will be some of the best in the market
Loan Proposal
I will use the money to purchase a simple home icing kit that on average costs three hundred to five hundred shillings that I will use to improve my icing skills that are necessary in delivery of good quality products.
