About Me

My name is Lexinah Phiri. I was born on 9th January, 1996 in Mazabuka town. i started school in 2002 at Mazabuka primary school. I did my secondary school at Mazabuka girls secondary school and I completed in 2013. I am the first born in the family of three girls. I am currently working for Shoprite Mazabuka in order for me to raise school fees for my tertiary education. I have a small grocery shop in Nakambala market; the income helps me support my family in one way or another. I help my parents pay school fees for my two younger sisters. It is not not easy being the first born especially where your parents are struggling.

My Business

I have a small grocery shop in Nakambala market. I ventured into this kind of business because everyone needs groceries in their houses. The profit I get from my grocery shop helps me in contributing school fees for my two younger sisters. The salary I get from my job in Shoprite helps me buy stock for my shop.

Loan Proposal

if my loan is fully funded, i will use the money to buy new stock for my grocery shop. 135 dollars will be used to buy new stock for my shop and the remaining money will be used for other logistics like transport. This will help me boost my business and pay school fees for my two younger sisters.
