I am jackline omondi,married and a mother of three,currently doing pastry and baking businesses and employed in the pastry department.
I did my primary school in ugunja primary school then went to st.Teresa's girls for me O level,then pursued my pastry course at Nairobi bread and confectionery college and passed with a credit

I do pastry and baking businesses, i prepare cakes,samosa,bread,chapatis among others,but I make very natural products like banana cakes and carrot cakes.looking at the nutritional benefits of my products,
i do supply in offices,whereby they use for breakfast and when they have function they give me order of between 100 pieces per day,i sell chapatis at 30bob for100pieces i pocket 3000/-
i also work as a pastry assistant in a supermarket,during my offs and after work i do orders for various offices,in a month when business is good i make between 15000-20000k

The loan I will take,I will introduce various nutritional products for pastry that are beneficial to patients with non communicable diseases carrots,bananas,sultanas,dates and cherries,I will buy blenders for mixing,Queen cakes cups,baking tin,baking trays,this is just for a start as plan to buy sophisticated materials as my credit limit raises
