About Me

I am a 26 years old, a businessman and a student at the Technical University of Kenya. I set up the business to offload my financial needs while in campus as well as tackle the great problem of unemployment in our youths. I am currently faring excellently well, having a busy barber shop with two employees. I always wake up early and prepare my daily schedule whereby I ensure all is properly set in the business, then attend my classes then return to the shop and continue with other tasks including the managerial responsibilities.I am always gland and joyful for this great achievement and aim to reach even higher. Its my dream to grow to a prominent businessman and to employ a chain of young men and women to assist as many as I can.

My Business

My business is currently performing absolutely well with a high flow of customers around the area. I have two shaving machines and two employees. The business operates from 7am to late at night depending on the customer attendance. I have a great managerial skills, having operated the business for two years with the same employees and everything runs smoothly with minimal supervision. I always bank my income on daily basis and have a relatively good monthly savings. I now intend to open another branch just within the same location but in a different street to have a higher income.

Loan Proposal

After a second successful business funded by the zidisha fraternity,It has enabled me to think for another business having saved some $300 from the business. I am now looking forward to invest the whole money into the beauty business by opening another beauty shop in the nearby estate making it the third business i have opened if i get your support. i currently plan to pay rent of $80 per month and purchase of the following items;
-2 shaving machines@$50.
-2blowdry@70 and cosmetics at $75.
All this costs i am not able to meet fully since i have not accounted for my labour and miscellaneous costs. I hereby wish that your loan will boost me to start my business effectively.The important thing to gain from this business is that it will generate revenue for myself and i will be able to pay my school fess and be able to assist my family members since we are orphaned. Besides , this will help me to create employment since i am planning to employ two people to work in the business. i hope that my business will grow if i get your support since my little capital will delay my plans but with your help i will move on with the setting up of business effectively.
