My name is Sellah jelagat, am 28 years old, i was born in in Eldoret. Currently am a resident in Nairobi.
after I complete secondary education, I joined college where I studied early child education. But getting a job was difficult, so I decided to start a day care facility where I take care of young kids for parents who work and have nobody to look after their kids.
I ran a day care facility around my area, I received kids from 8am in the morning till 4pm in the afternoon. I take care of kids who are between 1year old to 4 years.
The parents dropped them in the morning with their own food then pick them later in the evening.
For me this is a job of passion because I love working with kids.
my work is to ensure they are well fed and on time, make sure they are clean.
we do a lot of fun activities which help the kids to learn and have a good relationship activities.
At the moment I take care of 15 kids, my main challenge is having toys, and reading material.
I would like to use this platform to ensure that I have sufficient materials to help the kid have a nice time.
hello dear lenders. i would like to apply for a loan of 85 dollars, i will use this amount to buy paint to paint the daycare, this will also enable me draw some educative materials on the wall to be part of learning. i will use 60 dollars to buy the paint i need and 25 dollars to print advertising material, this materials i will distribute them around my area explaining on the services i offer, this will help me get more kids at my day care thus increasing my income, i sincerely hope you will consider funding my loan to help me achieve this goal. thanks in advance and God bless you.
