My name is George Oudia from Nairobi Kenya.I run an Agribusiness Company called Leema Tech Farm solutions where we offer solutions in Farm structures,Crop and Animal management, Consultancy,farm equipment,boreholes,shallow wells and Irrigation systems.
I have been engaged in Agribusiness from 2012 after quitting my government job as a teacher to assist provide knowledge in latest technology as per concerns farming.My company has grown to be able to provide services to many clients across the country.We are majorly known for providing a good water solution right from Hydrogeological surveys to the final storage and distribution.We are been able to install steel tanks and tank towers and done drip system installations for economised water supply in the farm.Currently we are looking into establishing a model farm for the training purposes in Agribusiness.We have realized that most farmers enter into farming with less or no knowledge at all when it comes to Agribusiness.By establishing a farmers training centre we will be able to employ a number of youth who are currently jobless but have training in Agribusiness.From the fees charged we will be able to use to sustain the farm in terms of salaries and recurrent expenditure.The new farmers will in turn use the knowledge gathered to start up their farms and be able to apply expert advise and knowledge from the farm training.
My company Leema Tech Farm solutions is majorly involved in Agribusiness from the year 2012.We provide services in Agribusiness Consultancy,Farm structures,Drip installations, Greenhouse house constructions,farm management,Farmer trainings,farm equipment supply and repair works.
By 2020,we have been able to offer our services to many clients all over the country.
We have majored in providing latest information, training and products as a way to providing solutions in Agribusiness.
The main aim of the project is to set up training grounds for start up Agribusiness.Here we will offer basic trainings in farm management with emphasis on crop and Animal production.
The fees will be subsidized to allow the youth to participate.Those ones who have recieved training with in turn sign up to train new members for a period of three months.This will be a way of giving back to the project.
The project will also employ the youth and women in the society as a matter of priority.In turn the project will benefit the community by participating in regular community events like tree planting and youth awareness programs.
All the money raised will be pumped back into the project with the aim of expansion to provide technological trainings in different sectors of Agribusiness.
