About Me

Good Day. My name is Kingsley Owusu Ansah from Ghana and I’m the founder of Paq Investments. I am 31 years, I’ve always been passionate about smart ways to start my own business, make money, and create employment for others. I believe establishing an Agribusiness( Piggery investments) as early as possible is the key to securing your future. I began using these strategies myself as I was working through university, and I now have a 10 room pigpen under construction. coming from a home where I had to make my own living since I was 12 years old, The title(Businessman) was such an inspiration for me to become. When I started my journey as a business owner it really taught me some valuable lessons that I know have made me a better entrepreneur. The one that stands out to me the most is to never take no for an answer. My dad is a resilient person and it was etched in me to be the same.

My Business

PAQ INVESTMENTS is an agribusiness investment and production of live pigs.
Problem:
Per our survey, we believe that agribusiness is one of the promising industries in the Ghanaian and global economy. Corporate workers( OUR CLIENTS) are also willing to invest in Animal farming (piggery) but do not have the time and facility. Examples of these people are people working in the banks, ministries, industries, and are people who do not have time for rearing pigs on their own. We also found out that, Religiously, to some of our clients, it is taboo for them to come in contact with the animals or rear them, but they are still willing to invest and make money without physical contact.

Solution:
We have been able to come up with packages where the investor buys the package then we take care of the animals by paying monthly dues until they are ready for the market. The estimated investment is 6 months duration. We have packages for 5 piglets, 10 piglets, and 25 piglets.
We planned to establish this initiative that will produce these pigs in quantity by rearing, handing them to customers, and we give the customer an option to sell them back to the company.

Project Proposal

I want to attract investors for us to grow in the Ghanaian agribusiness sector
Local pig farmers hold a greater percentage of the market share. PAQ investments plan to take more than 50% market share in the long run . We apply the latest production technique more than the local farmers. With the application of modern technologies to facilitate our ongoing activities all the pig farmers will benefit from some level of modernized farming practices from us. An Example is a modern way of artificial insemination in pig production to be used.
