I am Sylvester Jira born and raised in kilifi mwembe swere, third child in a family of nine boys. My parents raised us in various hardships including lack of enough money to see all of us through school. But due to my hard work and social manner, I relocated to mombasa to find job where i have been employed with a security firm. I saved money, purchased a piece of land and built my own house. I started a small kiosk where i retail foodstuffs. my area is nice due to the various tourist destinations. I use my money in taking care of my family. my children want to be teachers. I like watching movies as my hobbie.
I am an employee of a security firm where i am sure to repay the loan. I sell maize flour, wheat flour, rice, oil, cerials and other foodstuff. These goods are important since most people consume them. I chose this business because it is simple to do and dont conflict with my other job. I make enough money to catter for my family. I use the profit in reinvesting and partial payment of school fees.
With the loan amount, i will use the $10 to buy 20 liters of parrafine oil for retail sale in my shop. this is a high demand commodity in my area since most families use it in cooking stoves. it will help in retaining my customers.
