About Me

I joined a friend who was running a cybercafé and we agreed that I invest in his business and we work together. So I bought one computer and joined his business as a junior partner. I hastily grew and bought another computer and printer. By May 2013, I decided to open my own cybercafé
I'm a very committed individual who believes in handwork for success.

My Business

Given the opportunity to make a fresh start and do something creative, I decided to make a career out of something that had been my career from childhood, engineering. So is my interest in computer.

"Cyberlink Bamburi" is my business that was founded in May 2013 as a simple documentation bureau in Bamburi (a residential area in Mombasa City).
The business has grown from a small, business that only did type setting printing and photocopy, to becoming one of the largest cybercafe and most preferred within the locality.

Cyberlink Bamburi, is one of the biggest and most preferred cyber and now offers a variety of services ranging from typesetting, printing, photocopying, lamination binding, internet and act as a photo studio as well as getting contracts from the institutions around on bureau related services.

With me and my dedicated employees, We offer exceptional customer service, backed by well organized way of handling duties. The services offered are both affordable value options and offerings customized exclusively for our clients.
Cyberlink Bamburi. also collaborates with government agencies and offers various government online based services such as KRA Online, Government human resources online services, Teachers service online service, Electronic citizen registration among others. Cyberlink Bamburi. remains on the cutting edge of novelty in the niches it serves.

Even with these little success, Cyberlink Bamburi remains a small self owned and operated business with only one additional employee. I started computer classes for the basic packages with the first loan I received from Zidisha. I introduced Computer classes due to the high demand in this locality. I currently have two computers dedicated for teaching only. I'm looking forward to grow and bring up a preferred institution of higher learning given that Zidisha is here to help us grow.

Loan Proposal

I intended to Purchase three computers to start computer training programme and process the government related legal entities on the same but since the loan limit is small, I’ll dedicate it to subsidize the legalization cost and starts training with the computers I have. The legal registration of Computer College cost approximately $300. So I’ll not be able to purchase computers at the same time.
The training is expected to generate a good some of money. The fee per student undertaking basic computer application course is $30. So if I start with three students I’ll be able to get $90 for the start.

By starting this project, many youths and those who are in need of computer technology will be technologically empowered. As the project grows, there will be a need for more staffs which shall then open an opportunity for employment.
Bamburi is a residential area that comprised of majorly the middle class with no institutions for higher learning, Because of this, I see the opportunity of first expansion since it shall be the only institution of higher learning. I don’t look fully on this project to repay the loan but to pay from the profits made at the cybercafe. This project has a wide market that I’m certain that shall take me further.
