About Me

Twumwaa Rebecca is my name. I come from Juaben in Ghana. I am twenty eight years old. I have completed both basic and secondary school. My parents helped me to learned hair dressing. I determined to study it very hard and fast. I am married with two children. I want to start my own business to support my family.

My Business

I have spent almost three and half years to learned my current job thus hair dressing. I was advised by my father to learned this job since my performance in the secondary examination was not all that encouraging. I have started practising it in my house. I have a small container where I sell human hair and other hair dressing products to my customers. I want to expand the shop so that I can sell the hair products and also use it as salon.

Loan Proposal

I will use this loan to pay for rent of the place that I am using now for my job which cost $9 per month which is equivalent to $8. I will also use $50 to buy one hand dryer which is an important equipment for my work. This will enable me to secure the place of work for my job and help me to earn a living. In this current place, I make a profit of about $100 a month.

As a hair dresser, I used the loan to buy human hair to sell to my customers so that dressing their hair will be easy for them. The loan helped me to purchase 27 pieces of human hair. From that amount, I was able to raise GHS 90 as profit. I used part of the profit to help myself and others for reinvestment.
