About Me

My name is Obeng Yeboah. My father a retired teacher in Vocational art and my mother a petty trader in bolgatanga market
But because i took to this art work with my father same when he retired the zeal and propensity to create more art innovation.
i took to basket weaving, since here in bolgatanga is the best project and creates more exposure that is the your own is manageable good and also create you some kind exposure. l love making baskets and other art work with includes, carve stools ,handbags, hats and many more. i also have many foreign client who hails from Europe and china who indeed love our art work . This foreigners usually patronize it.

My Business

Business all this years has been good since chunk of this foreign clients buys back a way have a positive impact to our lives and businesses. My profit quotients is variably good , And i sometimes make a dividends on all this carve stools and baskets and hand bags to the tuned of GHS 1230 which is equivalent to 317 USD a week.
But until recently things are sailing down and i am facing challenges in terms of finance and raw material due to the changes in our climate conditions and also the propensity to to access facility.
Due to some unfortunate lapse and challenges that led to the fall back in my loan increment , infact had actually affected my estimates , but however i hope if this facility is swiftly funded i can pay for my sons school bills basket weaving business too as well.

Loan Proposal

I am thankful for all this year support of my business by our Donors and for helping making our lives comfortable through the support in our small scale enterprises. It really elevated us upwards.
My application for a 4 th loan is to add some colorful materials into my weaving business and set a portion of the amount for the payment of my kids school fees.
However, I lost a chance again for a credit limit increase and this could also be a setback in my plans.
I however plead with the authorities incharged to set my credit limit upwards.
However, permit me to give a summary breakdown of how much my needs are.
Colorful materials = 110 USD
Child education next term bill = 75 USD
Payment for helping hands = 35 USD
I will very grateful if this meets
your attention and kind support . Thank you.

hi again Obeng! Not like I need the money back for this week, but maybe you should talk with your mentor since the payment you sent didn't get credited to your account? Just wonder if the was a issue with the website if it was down or something? I know the on-time repayment rating Zidisha posts probably doesn't account for website issues??

Hello my great lenders, thank you for the support and funds you sent to me. It really help me to organize some little materials at that time and was able to make some colorful basket for my clients/ customers. I am indeed grateful and still remain thankful for everything. Currently I wish to post up a loan to organize more materials and human capital to produce another 600 assorted colorful baskets for export this time. All my baskets have names and functions and they come in different shapes and sizes. There are V-shaped baskets, the U-shopper,laundry baskets,rectangular-shaped baskets, and bread and fruit baskets. There are also fans, However due to the inadequate straw during lean seasons, I wish to organize some immediately for my next production and also buy some utensils for dyeing colors in order to enhance product diversification. When granted this loan that is what I will do with it in order to meet the demand . Thank you.
