i called foster and he it was his brother who control the account for and currently he is at eastern region and his brother is at Volta region, so he don't know how to go about the payment. so i tolled him to give me his brother's number so i can communicate with him in other to make payment for him,
he said again that he is having money to pay but he don't know how to process the account.
