About Me

I am Linda Owusu Takyiwaa from Berekum and live in Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. I am a lady of 34 years old, fair in complexion and about 4.5 feet tall. I had my basic school education at Voice of Deliverance Primary and JHS. I continued from there to Mfantsiman Girls’ Senior High School and completed in the year 2006. I went on to pursue degree in education at the Valley View University. I am currently single and a business woman as well. My hobbies are reading story books and watching soccer whenever I am less busy.

My Business

I am a business woman who deals in plastics containers as well as kitchen equipment such as cooking utensils storage bowls, plates, cups, cutlery sets etc. I have been into this business for the past twelve (12) years and it is very lucrative. I opted for this business due to the high demand for it; one cannot live without these basic necessity. You definitely need it in the house for your cooking and serving of meal, many of the people also use these plastic containers to store water for house use.
Furthermore, I have been supplying cutlery sets and plates to most of the schools in my vicinity. This includes the Basic schools, Senior High School and the Tertiary as well and because there are numerous schools here, business is always at its peak. I have employed two store attendants who always assist me at the shop.

Repayment of loan
I earn greatly from this business and I am going to pay back my loan from the profit I acquire from the sale of my products. Thank you.

Loan Proposal

This loan when funded would be used to purchase and supply plates, cutlery sets and plastic containers for a new senior high school in my community. This supply will cost GH¢4,500 and it would increase my credit limit by 30%. I won this supply because I have been the one supplying the other two senior high schools in my community with these items. The remaining money would be used to buy other items to stock my shop. Part of the profit I make would be used to pay for my younger brother's hostel fee for the next semester. I hope my loan would be funded by lenders and I promise to pay all installments on time.
Thanks

Linda is a very serious borrower. She makes regular repayments and increases her repayments, if she can, to repay early. It's a pleasure to lend to her.
I'll continue to support her next project.
