    Dear Lenders,

I wanted to update you about our progress with Ms. Nyandiki's case. I have worked with her and her community leader, and she has been in contact with us since my last message. It seems she suffered from low business for the past few months, but things are ok for her now. She expects to make a payment soon.

If I hear anything else more specific about her situation, I will be sure to inform you.

    Thank you!

    Dear Lenders,

I have been following up with Ms. Nyandiki's case and wanted to share my progress with you. As you can see, Ms. Nyandiki made multiple payments in August, to catch up with her arrears. Since then, she has fallen back into arrears. We have attempted contact with her several times unsuccessfully since then.

This week, I was able to contact Ms. Nyandiki's community leader, a pastor at a local church, who said he was aware of her arrears and had tried to contact her a few weeks ago. He plans to reach out to her again this week, and I am hopeful that our combined efforts to reach her will result in an update on her loan soon.

    Thank you for your patience!
