About Me

Am Kevin Sanzio currently a Third year student talking bachelor's degree in financial engineering at Jommo Kenyatta University of Science and technology. My childhood was highly innovative which was brought up through my education life as I interacted my my fellow classmates ,schoolmates and even the support stuff where by I used to identity problems affecting us generally and try to think of the possible solutions. Though I faced challenges in one way or another I was able to overcome the challenges though lots of consultations from the relevant people for example teachers, parents or even my elders. Here I was able to get the best advices which in turn had a very great impact and took a big step towards overcoming the challenges I was facing.

My Business

My business is generally Poultry farming where I keep both broilers and layers. I came to start this business after completing form four which was December 2015 just before joining campus with support from family, relatives and friends who gave me support both financially, physical and also moral support. It was a big challenge as as was starting this business such as lack of adequate capital and also criticism from those who thought it was just a waste of time but that did not pull me down as I pursued my core goal without listening to them. My business then picked up well whereby I begun selling eggs after some months and later on I also began selling meat from the broilers,I used to reinvest the profits and also to cater for the expenses in the first 2 years of the business. There after I begun using the profits to pay part of my rent and also for up keep here at the university till date.

Loan Proposal

I will use this loan to purchase key equipments in my poultry project and also to repair faulty ones to enable me boost my poultry project for a better return which will cost 3000 kenya shillings and this will benefit me in terms of my business and it will also benefit others in terms of the products they will be getting from this project
